Refund Policy
All sales made on My Digital CEO are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for digital products once access has been provided.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-returnable digital product.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Since our products are delivered digitally, cancellation requests after purchase will not be accepted.
Non-Delivery of Product
In rare cases, if you do not receive your purchased digital product due to a technical issue or delivery failure, please contact us immediately.
If we are unable to successfully deliver the product within 14 days of purchase after verification, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
